Re: OT: motorized TV mount
+1 for Future Automation, fantastic products, great support. There are a whole bunch of automation integration options, including closed contact & 232 all built into the control box.

Re: Crestron zoom integration
The big catch with the CLI integration is you basically have to make the computer that's running that instance of Zoom a dedicated conference box. And it has to be running MacOS for all the features

I hope that Crestron gains an official module soon. Looks like Extron has one and it is pretty feature rich. Having the ability to integrate the conference room controls directly within the touch

OT: motorized TV mount
I have previously used a Chief wall mount that had motorized extension and swivel. It appears this product is discontinued. The TV will be large - I'd guess about 110 pounds. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Re: Crestron zoom integration
That API requires OAuth2 to use. There's a CLI you can enable but it blocks any other apps from connecting. I've used it before but it was on an Extron control system so I don't have any experience

Re: Crestron zoom integration
You can use a single iPad to run the Crestron App and the Zoom app. A reserved join from within the Crestron App will call the URL ( zoomrooms:// ) for Zoom. This will open the Zoom App that has been

Re: Pubnub Integration
How are you talking to WINK and getting feedback? I have a situation where I need to know the state of a switch. I'm currently using IFTTT to trigger the switch but I can't get feedback that way.

Re: Crestron app - viewing camera remotely
You need to setup the RTSP stream so it loads more quickly on the app. Answer ID: 5195 has information regarding this and setup info for specific cameras they have tested with. Most of the projects

Crestron zoom integration
Hi, Can we integrate zoom videoconference with Crestron?. Currently one of my client is using two IPAD for controlling their training room ( one IPAd for AV control and other for Zoom Application).

Re: Crestron app - viewing camera remotely
Yes. But I'm wondering how get an rtsp stream to pull up quickly in the Crestron app. I've only seen MJPEG pull up quick. RTSP is super slow, 15-30 seconds, sometimes never until I refresh. What logic

There are some very good points in here. I honestly believe you CANNOT be a good AV programmer unless you have installed for a bit and know how to troubleshoot.
