I enter the serial number of each keypad into D3. Then in network setup it will find the keypads and apply the ID to them based on their serial numbers.

It was a Windows 10 update that caused a problem for me with VTPRO-E. Try uninstalling recent Windows updates in control panel.

Yes, did that in a room combining scenario with 3 rooms and 3 DMPS3-300...talked to support, just to be sure PoE would not be an issue. As previous user said, be sure to enable private network mode.
