Has anyone had any luck with an ex-link command to activate the "Smart Hub" on the latest gen TVs?

Well it turns out it has nothing to do with the V3 conversion. The type of card in slot 1 was no longer recognized by the processor and so no firmware was available. The card showed up as UNKNOWN type
