Media Servers: For sure, Kaleidescape does this. I'm sure Request devices would too. I've only worked with their older audio-only devices. On the cheaper end, XBMC would have the most integration.

A lot of software I tried at the time just didn't seem to play nice with XP64. It all seems to work better under 7 64. XP64 seemed definitely be a very orphaned OS.
