Re: Invalid TSID
I knew that was a stupid response as soon as I hit enter. I'll get the real serial number tonight when I get home. Thanks for the help. Brian

Re: Invalid TSID
I can get to that, but can I just pick any number and change it? Or does there have to be a specific number/letter combination?

Re: Invalid TSID

Re: Tandberg C40 Content ?
There is also a command that can be directly sent to the codec to set the presentation source. It is good practice to send this on the startup of the system. Also good practice to configure the input

Re: Tandberg C40 Module Help
Also if you have daisy chained cameras to get the correct firmware uploaded you must have it as camera 1. You also must make sure when controlling serially to have the serial password turned off.

Re: Invalid TSID
More important, do you have any devices with conflicing TSID? More than 1 device with FFFFFFFF? If not, you can safely ignore this. TSID can help you resolve ID conflicts on Cresnet, if any. Yes, It's

Re: Pixelnet
Its been over a year since I dealt with one of these. Have you got the correct port settings on your TCP/IP client? And correct target IP address? The PDC protocol might have changed since then, but

Re: Invalid TSID
Thanks, I haven't noticed any change in the operation of the pvid. I just saw it was grayed out on my network treee and non of the other pieces showed that I was just curious. Brian

Re: Invalid TSID
As far as I know you can safely ignore TSIDs unless you actually want to use Touch-and-Set to assign Cresnet IDs, which I'm not sure is even supported anymore. I've never used it, can't say for sure,
