Re: Degree symbol ASCII on TP (non-core 3)
I just opened up a tstat panel and I have no idea what symbol/letter/number cretsron used to get it. But my thinking is you could copy and paste it into simpl to add on to the end of the string. It

Degree symbol ASCII on TP (non-core 3)
If I use ASCII 248 on a TP (or Crestron Mobile in this case) I get an empty-set, or null symbol, not a degree like I expect. Is it possible to get a degree symbol on a TP or Mobile? Thanks, Heath

Re: Tstat change 74,3 degrees to 74
If this is an analog - 751 represents 75.1 - a DivMod by 10 will chop off the decimal. Ignore the remainder output. It doesn't round up though.

If you don't care about the tenths at all, just run it through a DIVMOD... - Chip

Re: Tstat change 74,3 degrees to 74
If you dig through the Crestron TSTAT module, you will find a piece of simpl+ that does this for you (rounds to the nearest whole number) ________________________________ Sent: Sun 9/16/2012 2:17 PM

The really great part is he did not password protect the module, so you can at least go in and make adjustments for your needs. I thank those that do not password the modules, so others can modify and

Re: PSPHD switching itself on
On second thought, try a restore on it and maybe reloading firmware. I am not sure, but doesn't it turn on if an input is changed also? You could do a massive buffer so the unit will not get any

Re: PSPHD switching itself on
It is possessed! But seriously, probably a bad unit. I have an LG lcd tv in my bedroom that turns itself on. This behavior is not consistent and it may go weeks without doing it and then will be on

Re: Tandberg C60 C90
That's right. There is no comunication/fb from the OSD menu state and back to the API we have access to, and we can only use the IR emulation codes to control the OSD hierarchy menu. Their philosophy

Re: Tandberg C60 C90
It does not. For reasons they aren't sharing with anyone, Cisco decided that no one needed the ability to navigate directly to any screen via API. I've had several clients ask for the same/similar -

I've managed to get the ATV back up-and-running by disconnecting the LAN cable and streaming via Wi-Fi, thus not being controlled from Crestron. I could then access the Maintenance menu again, ext. I

Re: Challenge
SIMPL is not translated to C# it is it's own custom logic processing "engine" that is written in C++. SIMPL+ is translated to C#... maybe that's what people are thinking.
