I have always used text console and sent "rfchan xx".

What is the process for changing the EX channel of an existing system.? Somehow I've never had to do this before.

I have a CEN-GWEXER gateway, 20+ CLW-DIMEX-Ps, and a few other EX devices.? The system is currently set to channel 15.? Recently I have been seeing some significant delays in the operation of the lighting system.? I ran a scan on the gateway and it turns out that channel 15 is probably the worst possible channel for the EX mesh.

I see that I can connect to the gateway and change it's channel but I'm not sure how to change the channel of all the light switches and a few other EX devices that I have.? Will changing the channel of the gateway automatically change the channel of all the devices connected to it or is there a way to manually change each connected devices and then finally change the gateway?

What is the correct procedure?

If I remember correctly this affects HZ keypads (both wired HZ-KPCN or wireless HZ-KPEX).
I don't think it was observed with HZ dimmers/switches, but it's been a long time since I last tested, so they may apply too.

The issue results from a discrepancy between older device definitions in the D3 program & newer device definitions in .
As such, adding a new instance will ensure the newer device definition from the latest DevDB is used.
At that point, after the older instances are deleted, you've addressed the discrepancy & shouldn't encounter the error.

I do not have HZ-KPCN's in my program but do have HZ-KPEX's.? Does the same scenario apply to these, regrading newer definitions, and removing/replacing is a tested workaround?

Fix was seemingly delayed because D3 team initially couldn't recreate the issue.
This was because freshly added HZ-KPCN instances use the newer definition.
They were provided with an old D3 Archive that had the previous HZ-KPCN definitions.
They are now working on having D3 upgrade the hardware definitions upon opening older systems.

In other words, in the meantime, if you don't want to roll back DevDB while waiting for a fix (I don't have ETA ATM)...
You can also just add new HZ-KPCNs, move over the programming, and delete the old instances.
Granted, viability of this workaround is probably dependent on qty of keypads & time commitment etc.

Look at my message from March 12th. You need the Crestron’s driver. The driver has a help file. The link I provided is to the driver help file that has voice control. The help file states which boxes work with voice. If you don’t have one of the listed boxes, you need a different driver for ip control.

With the EDID file, you just applied that to the input card that the Apple TV is using?

I know that Apple TV's don't do bitstream so this might be the answer, I'll let you know how i go with it.

My Partner's setup, which includes a Sony 715ES projector, Indy Audio Muse now replaced with a Trinnov (which is unreal!), 16x16/4kz cards+RMCs and a 4K ATV and KScape Strato, has required a lot of hacking over the last year to get it to start playing nice in this area. We think that things are pretty stable now...
Try one of two EDID settings:
The DM has a default options for '4K60 444 HBR HDR' try this first. This is on the KScape input card
Also we had someone (Crestron maybe) create a custom EDID that is currently being used with the AppleTV. It's called 'MOM - HSR82T_C_Out10_3' and I'll place it in the files section...

Though I think that we have things working well now, unfortunately my feeling is that all technology today is kind of walking a knife's edge and the more complicated/sophisticated things are, the more likely it is to fall off the edge...

Has anyone sniffed the cec data exchange? May be it is now looking for a handshake that Crestron modules don't provide?

For me I've found the A2843 is fine and the A1842 is broke. Both using Crestron CEC through NVX.

The digital media firmware release notes states that Atmos doesn't work. No word if or when it will be added.

I developed an integration driver a long time ago, but I'm not sure if it's compatible with the latest NHC firmware.

Let me know if you'd like to try it, and I can post it in the files section if needed.

Being an avid Formula 1 race fan, Ive just set myself up with a program called F1 Multiviewer which allows me to watch multiple video streams of the race.? F1MV uses a GraphQL API to allow control of the individual players and it would be amazing to put some of those controls on my Crestron panel.??
