It sounds like you're asking about using a Stream Deck with a Crestron processor, not with Crestron software on a PC. If that is the case, have you looked at Bitfocus Companion? They have generic TCP

So what are you using to get the SD button presses from the PC to Crestron?? I assume that SuperMacro creates a trigger on the PC side, but how do you get it to Crestron as an event?
