Thanks for the responses... the product in question is an Extron PS128 power supply, and I have verified by testing and with the manufacturer that the DC negative terminals are tied to the chassis

I have been using a free program, TimeTrack 0.4.2 for over ten years. Is simply keeps track of the time a file is the focus on one's computer. I use it to track the time I spend on programming, etc.
