Yes its Bacnet capable. I havent had any experience programming Bacnet objects though, so with me learning it plus with the cost of the license for the PRO3 its probably cheaper to get the CM module.

Samsung QM-85D (QMD-Series) HDMI 3 Input RS232 Command

Definitely make S+ module to route your serial input names to outputs. Make an array with your input strings, and make an analog array with your output feedback, and just make a loop anytime an output
