Re: Pro3 lan port

?Hi Guys,? ? I have a pro3 with Lan port configured with VPN access where all my biamp and amx switchers are residing. I can hit all the stuff on lan port by vpn access but can't seem to hit any touch panels on the control subnet. I have the the isolation mode turned off as well.? ? Do i need to configure something in port routings to see the touch panels? ?

Re: Yale Lock Questions
¿ªÔÆÌåÓýI suspect you¡¯re looking at the wrong version¡ there are two ¡°non-Crestron¡± versions (Zigbee and Z-Wave) out there¡ I toyed with the idea of picking up the Zigbee version of the lock, suspecting it may be cheaper on the secondary market than what I could get it for direct from Crestron and taking the gamble that it may or may not actually be compatible. ? (I have some suspicions, but officially, neither company says what changes [if any] are made for Crestron compatibility, and Crestron explicitly says only the locks purchased from them will work/be supported) ? Anyway, doing the pricing exercise, Crestron MSRP was close to street prices via other sources, and of course Dealer was considerably lower (but less than the typical MSRP-Dealer spread) ? I¡¯ve had one of the locks installed since November-ish and it works really well [aside from the gateway falling offline issue I posted about recently] and despite 2-4 cycles per day still reports 99% battery life on the original batteries. ? Bringing up this topic again... If I want to use one of these Yale locks, do I NEED to get it from Crestron, or can I get one from another vendor? Theyre double the price from Crestron. If so is there a correct RF type to get? How would I acquire it to the RFGW-EX? And is there a different module for Crestron supplied vs non-Crestron supplied units??

Re: Motorola QIP 7232 2 IP Control
There is no released IP control. Why do you need to control it IP? IR control works perfect, and all QIP boxes use the same codes. If you don't want to put an emitter on the front, they support a rear plugin external IR receiver, and you can stick your emitter to that. |
Re: Anyone using Adelyte weather module? Stopped working yesterday
We have it in a number of installs (including my personal system) and it has been working fine since we made the fix posted above back in june. No problems. What issues were you having? I also noticed Adelyte has updated the module as well with the same fix from June. What did you change Avprogram? |
Re: DM help
¿ªÔÆÌåÓýYeah¡definitely check the cable/terminations ¨C what kind are you using? (e.g. actual DM cable; shielded/unshielded Cat7a, 6, 5E). ? Also, are there any large but intermittent EMI sources in the area (poorly shielded microwaves, welders, HAM radio operators, etc.) that you might be able to correlate with the issue? ? Both. ?Right now i'm running a new MBPr for everything, but my next laptop will likely be more along the lines of a MacBook Air or some other ultra book paired up with a custom PC setup to triple boot Window/Linux/OSX. ?Onsite is all about load/test/debug. ?The office is where all the magic happens.

¿ªÔÆÌåÓýHave you isolated it to just that input card or output card? ?You said you swapped out the RMC as well as the cable box but have you tried going into a different input on the DM? ? Pat On Feb 26, 2014, at 12:10 PM, <spicem100@...> wrote:

IR mono <> stereo cables?
Hi guys,
I have a project with an MC3 and a third party HDMI matrix that has IR passthrough with mono jacks. Don't really want to hook up the Crestron transmitter with the matrix' receiver, does anyone know if there's a cable that's built for this (mono jack <> stereo jack)? Thanks |

If you are a dealer you can contact them at 210.348.6565 x1. Also Dobbs Stanford tommy@...
User Manual. It is so easy to control (simple ASCII commands similar to Extron) and can detect active detect inputs. www.tekvox.com/downloads/UM-TEKMHD44TP.pdf We have been using a lot of them for Dual Projection Classrooms. MSRP is only about $2K. Summit and Troxell has their products. Mike From: Crestron@... [mailto:Crestron@...] On Behalf Of bdgarcia@... Sent: Wednesday, February 26, 2014 4:35 PM To: Crestron@...
