The graphics on Crestron's page for the new app appear (I haven't measured) to be the aspect of an iPhone 5. Plus the demo pages in the app fit my iPhone 5 whereas the demo on the old app does not.

What panel are you using? It's likely not a control system issue, but a panel issue. If it's a TSW... this was working early on, broken in firmware and reported quite a while ago, and AFAIK still not
