Remove the batteries from the lock, then remove the RF unit from the lock, then, Put it back in and lastly, put the batteries back in. Number 7 option should become available once the lock reboots.?

yes
I can access them from their GUI, and get streams going directly through GUI from some E30's no issue.

Hello again all,

I am having a heck of a time with 4 NVX units out of 17.
These 4 units are refusing to go online in the IPTable as well as don't show up in Device Discovery Tool, but I can connect via web GUI to all 4 and I am able to change streams etc no issues.? I am needing these to be part of the program because I need to control power on/off via 232 which isn't working because they aren't online in IPTable.

Any thoughts?

Normally Id sit and figure this out but I'm under the gun and haven't done parsing in forever. I'm sure someone here can figure this out in 5 mins...haha

I need to pull the file names out of below (not the date or length) and store them to an array.

i'm having trouble with the WebEx Room controller v4 module.
It works for up to about a week, then the call connected feedback stops going high while in a call.
One fix is to issue progreset command every morning...but does anyone have any other insight into this issue?

Yes, I have taken the URTSII to the problem shades and relearned them using their Somfy hand helds.

Still the URTSII and the hand held Somfy for shade 8 control both shade 8 and 6.? The URTSII and hand held for shade 6 only controls shade 6.

I have one of these connected to a CP3 - all well for 8 months or so.? Now, driving one shade will affect another but not vis-versa.? Have reset the shade addresses and confirmed them unique.? (Shade address 8 controls shades 8 and 6 .? Shade address 6 only controls 6).

Removed the URTSI II from the Crestron (using it stand alone) and the problem remains.? The hand held Somfy remotes work just fine.

Is there a way to "reset" the URTSI II?? Anyone else seen this?? I'm on site and can't get a phone number for Somfy.? I have a request in to their support for? a call back.

If the iOS device is up to date you should get a back to Crestron button at the top left of the screen if the app is opened from within Crestron app. This is built into iOS so unless Zoom or Teams is overriding it somehow it doesn't take anything from you to make it happen.

So I know you can launch apps from Crestron's iPad UI, like Zoom and Teams, etc. but can you go the other way? (go back to the Crestron's UI from Zoom or Teams)
