I have one of these connected to a CP3 - all well for 8 months or so.? Now, driving one shade will affect another but not vis-versa.? Have reset the shade addresses and confirmed them unique.? (Shade address 8 controls shades 8 and 6 .? Shade address 6 only controls 6).
Removed the URTSI II from the Crestron (using it stand alone) and the problem remains.? The hand held Somfy remotes work just fine.
Is there a way to "reset" the URTSI II?? Anyone else seen this?? I'm on site and can't get a phone number for Somfy.? I have a request in to their support for? a call back.
