Yes especially with large programs F9 has been getting slower the past couple of years. Probably another "feature" they added that slowed it down more.?

Re: SIP Intercom
Kol, From my small experience with barix and analog Siedle Doorcom (10 years old), Rava SIP was working smoothly, however the audio quality wasn't that good in full duplex, perfect in half duplex. Hope it helps. Sebastien Le?mar. 19 janv. 2021 ¨¤?16:48, MSTC <kol.mstc@...> a ¨¦crit?:

Re: Processors Losing IP table
I have a config module that goes through and sets the following one time when the program is first loaded and then reboots the processor.
"TELNET OFF" "ENABLEFEATURE CLOUDCLIENT OFF" "HYDROGENENABLE OFF" "STARTPROGAFTERROUTER ON" "AUENABLE OFF" So unfortunately the "hydrogenenable off" command isn't the fix in my cases. TB wants my code and to run the information tool, which I will do when I'm at site tomorrow. It's great to hear that I'm not the only one with this issue. It really weird because I have brand new units that are dropping the IP table. Lately it has been several and this is turning into a huge problem that they need to get resolved. |

Re: Processors Losing IP table
I believe it is a paid cloud service where you can access your Crestron processors remotely.? There was apparently a change on how that cloud service works and if you have a CP3 with older firmware, it will cause a bunch of errors to fill up your error log.? The "hydrogenenable off" command will stop those errors if you don't want to update the firmware. Of course I could be totally wrong.

¿ªÔÆÌåÓýIt sounds like the flash card is corrupt and doing the initialize/restore is forcing the processor to mark sectors bad and rewrite the FAT table in different sectors.-Mike On Jan 19, 2021, at 7:29 PM, Steve Kuehn <steve@...> wrote:

¿ªÔÆÌåÓýSo WTF does hydrogen do anyways? ? From: <[email protected]> on behalf of Steve Kuehn <steve@...> ? Don't know if this will help you but I recently had a CP3 that would work find until there was a power failure for a few hours.? When the processor booted back up, not only was the IP table missing but also the program itself and every other setting.? Happened about a half a dozen times over the prior 6 months.? And this was on a processor that had worked for many years and has had no updates to the program either when suddenly it started having this issue.? Finally, as a last ditch effort before sending it to Crestron, I did a restore/initialize.? Set it all back up and issued a"hydrogenenable off" command.? And surprisingly, the processor is no longer losing it's memory.? |

Re: SIP Intercom
I'd tend to agree with??plareeeiybusse
I would have a chat with AV Link Pro about the install. It seems pretty large so there might be some efficiency with their server |
Re: SIP Intercom
¿ªÔÆÌåÓýThanks for that info. ? As far as I know there are about 20 touch panels and a Barix or two at the gate(s).? I am under the impression that at this count, the RAVA SIP functionality will work without any additional hardware such as a SIP server.? If that is incorrect it would be good to know. ? Kol ? From: <[email protected]> on behalf of plareeeiybusse <rfrazier@...> ? I'd recommend Avlinkpro.? They can build custom SIP servers for any situation. |
Re: TSW-752 screen dead
I saw such a state on some panels at different systems.
In all cases it was the SD-Card. First two panels we did a RMA but the last 2-3 panels I asked TB to send us the cards and changed them onsite. This is pretty easy for the? TSW-xx52 panels because you can access the card pretty easy at the back. |

Re: Processors Losing IP table
We've had it happen on a dozen different finished projects now, different processors and multiple times in our office test processors.? Even jobs that have been done for eight months and keep running, when the processor loses power, the IP table is gone.?
Crestron has blamed custom modules (we don't use many of them and none of them use sockets, console or anything IP related) and says they need to be recompiled with the latest databases etc, but even when the modules are recompiled the IP Table still disappears, and the problem happens even with eight month old projects before a bulk of the silliness began. This is turning into quite a maintenance nightmare and Crestron says in our case they don't know anything about it. If it happens to you, please squawk and open a case with TB so they know it's a problem. |
