Don't know if this will help you but I recently had a CP3 that would work find until there was a power failure for a few hours.? When the processor booted back up, not only was the IP table missing but also the program itself and every other setting.? Happened about a half a dozen times over the prior 6 months.? And this was on a processor that had worked for many years and has had no updates to the program either when suddenly it started having this issue.? Finally, as a last ditch effort before sending it to Crestron, I did a restore/initialize.? Set it all back up and issued a"hydrogenenable off" command.? And surprisingly, the processor is no longer losing it's memory.?
