Jay have you tried a processor reboot? Any site where Alexa stops working that I have seen a processor reboot fixes it. Seems to be necessary after a long period of time like a year or more.

Hi Eric, Which light bulb in the Alexa app? When I look at my Crestron devices in the Alexa app they say "device is unresponsive".? If I try turning a light on/off it says "server is unresponsive".
