Have you tried wrapping it in a umc, then setting the parameter properties in Simpl?

Is the source code compiled for both 3 & 4 series? I don't know that it makes a difference...Just a thought.

Correct, They are brand new C3IR-8 cards, I have 1 card in a PRO4 and 2 cards in a different PRO4, none of them work

Just to confirm, you're using C3IR-8 cards with your Pro4?? the Pro2 used C2IR-8 cards that are not compatible with the Pro4...

Hi,

I was told by TB support that they are investigating the possibilities. If the internetradio service

can be reactivated or if there is a possibility for an other. But for the moment it¡®s down and there is no solution.
PRO4 with C3-IR

 

Onsite to upgrade a PRO2 to a PRO4 with a C3-IR card in slots 1 & 2, I don't seem to be getting any output from the C3-IR, i have checked the firmware on the card and it is up to date, latest firmware on the PRO4. Just nothing coming out of the card. Any Ideas?

I'm not sure if this will work for you without doing a bunch of testing, but it sounds like S+ believes that it is OK to put a 0d in your parameter field that should only be accepting a string.? Try setting the following in your parameter properties.

propValidUnits = unitString;

We regularly have to integrate either teams or zoom with crestron, and indeed it is complicated each time.
It's been a while since I interacted with Zoom but it seemed to me that you could stay on the control interface more easily than for Teams where you have to constantly activate a "hold" to stay in control mode.
I find that the most frustrating thing is not being able to manage the "ingest" part in teams => we cannot tell the machine to stop sharing content if the last user has left the meeting. ...

It's the same output.

There's a special section in the remote's Setup Menu, where it can be registered to use one of the cloud processing services - I believe only the TSR-310 has this. Once registered, that voice capture feedback signal contains the PROCESSED voice output.

If the touchpanel isn't registered with a cloud service, the voice capture output contains the raw text-to-speech. And there's a HUGE difference between the two :-)

I have installed the QSC msi and it ran along the Crestron software.? The QSC control will take priority for the flip page.? Been running for 2 years.
Flex with QSC Control

 

Hi. Is there a way to delete the Crestron "page 2" application from a Flex system, so a different "page 2" (QSC) can be installed instead?

We have standardized on Flex MTRs, now we are thinking that some rooms we can do the "page 2" control within QSC and would rather not have the Crestron programming layer. We would rather not introduce multiple MTR vendors due to familiarity with support (Crestron Remote app, True Blue flex support team)

If we deleted the Crestron app, would a firmware package re-install it?

That's the thing, there isn't any string signal with the raw output I could find on the TSR-302, only the "Voice Capture Result_fb" after it gets processed by the (not working) Crestron voice service. ?Or am I missing something?

Yes, it is a cluster.? I have found that the extenders to launch in/out of the Zoom/Teams apps seem to work pretty well. My custom interface manages everything for the room and Zoom, in this case, is 'like' a source.
My only real complaint is general confusion with the Zoom app (which I have no control over). Things like the highly specific and unintuitive way to get BYOD going and screens like the 'Sharing screen' that seems to list launch codes for Norad in addition to other confusing stuff...
It seems that no one big enough is providing pain on zoom to refine/fix these things...:(

I think I would just take the string in to S+ and look for key bits.
For instance, Family Room Lights On you would look for "fam" + "light" + "on", if it finds all three in the string trigger the output.
