Onsite to upgrade a PRO2 to a PRO4 with a C3-IR card in slots 1 & 2, I don't seem to be getting any output from the C3-IR, i have checked the firmware on the card and it is up to date, latest firmware on the PRO4. Just nothing coming out of the card. Any Ideas?
