Hi, just wondering has anyone ever had any issues uploading a program to a CP3 before? When I upload the program it goes through its normal process and gets to the send again window. Which says to me

Not much you can do to keep good flow and low noise in a 1U unit. Unless there is a room inside to install 80+mm slim profile on the top lid...

I have been having techs install Crestron Home Setup and that has been fixing the issue as well.
