Re: Remote access question

LogMeIn - it's free and works well. I believe we currently have in the
neighborhood of 50 remote PCs deployed that are managed under a single
account.

For as rarely as I need to do it, a per-access type of plan might be
more cost effective. I recall using some Citrix Go to... service for $6

it. Hmm.

I think we just need to leave a PC here and remote into it...

Interested in making a phone that uses wifi into an RFID tag such that the crestron processor can poll IP addresses on the network and determine if myself or my wife is home based on whether or not our phones are connected to the in house wifi.

Is it possible? has anyone done it? I imagine if it was done, it was probably through simpl+??

Re: Crestron Certification.....????

Yeah I am having that same issue right now.

It certainly would seem that Crestron needs to work on their communications more than a little bit. I submitted my entrance exam for admission to programming for cert and waited 5 days with no reply back. I called Erin multiple times with no reply. I emailed and called Lisa with no reply. Finally, after re-sending my attachment to our local sales rep I got a call from the local CTI saying the email was blocked due to my attachment. So my original email to trining@... was filtered out and noone notified me. Awesome internal communication procedure FAIL! Thanks to this I have to wait until the end of year for cert.
