Re: HD Camera for Capture-HD-Pro
One of my clients has been using the Sony BRC-H700 with HFBK-HD1 card for cameras and the Panasonic AV-HS450N for switching. Both work very well. -- Lincoln King-Cliby, CTS Sr. Systems Architect |

So... no recommendations for HD PTZ cameras for Capture HD? Not easy to find the right one, and now the customer wants 2 cameras and the ability to switch between them. I wish Capture-HD-Pro had a

Re: CHV-TSTAT with Mini-split HVAC system
Some of the Mitsubishi units work with BACnet (which uses RS-485). I've seen the protocol specification or a module on here (if you don't see it, e-mail me), so you may be able to roll-your-own

Re: TCP/IP control of a Wolfvision Eye-12
Sorry to drag the thread out from the grave, but we are now seeing a similar problem with IP controlled EYE-12. Did you ever find a solution to your problem? Thanks, David

Re: Simpl Windows Freezes
We have also discovered the freeze issues when working with the DMPS-300. We have concluded that it's caused by the OOTBF. I've also noticed that back in the day when working with the MPS-300 (QM),

Re: Simpl Windows Freezes
I think when I first found it my conclusion is that it's a problem to some extent with anything that has OOTBF, but it's orders of magnitude worse with the DMPS. No problems whatsoever programming

Re: Crestron-friendly replacement for BiAmp VRAM matrix audio mixer
I have been using Symetrix Matrix Automix DSP's for my mixers. The Symetrix control protocol was well done with Crestron in mind. Good automatic feedback, volume ranges from 0-65535, etc.

Re: Controllable Sonos style iTunes media player
I am a little wary of the AppleTV route incase of a firmware update that kills the control functionality. If I need their MMS-2 box to make this work reliably, then that's fine.

Controllable Sonos style iTunes media player
Is there a Sonos style player out there that can play iTunes music files that is RS-232 or IP controllable? All I need is to be able to play audio files in one zone or area of a building. Thanks.

Hi, I would just add that you can have a video window in the Crestron Mobile app, but only in the Pro version. This is one of the limitations of the Free version. Regards, Marko
