@tony golden were you ever able to get this to rowk correctly? Having the exact same issue. Need to get camera views on an Xpanel and the snapshots are unreliable.

Your symptoms are almost certainly reflecting an incorrect igmp snooping setup. What setup steps have you done so far? I've done a few of these now and not had any problem.

Pulling my hair out trying to configure this switch.? The web interface identifies it as a SG350-28 although the box shoes CBS350. I have current f/w on it and NVX devices.? Followed Crestron

Internal beta testing is currently underway. Some device-specific and OS-specific issues were identified & being worked on. Q3/Q4 is still the expected timeframe for public release.

Is that between the control system and monitor?? A 12 foot serial cable doesn't give you much to play with.? I'm using a 50 foot 1/8th stereo extension cable to run mine off a Pro2? Zero problems

Yes mostly and not yet, respectively. Note in windows only as Mac version stalls at splash screen. It does, however, fully support BHOW and SDW (and TSDWE) Time Sink functions. ;) ?On 10/12/23, 7:26
