I believe one of the ones that keeps freezing is on the latest fw, and the other one that freezes as well as the rest of them are all on the fw just previous to the current. What strikes me as odd is it works for a week, sometimes even close to a month and randomly just stops.?
The symptoms I am facing now are that the displays are frozen on an image, even when the source is changing or when they clear video it still is stuck on the same image. I walked the client through a power cycle on the bottom left display's decoder and now it's just blank.

The top 2 displays on the left work flawlessly as well as the right 2x2. The bottom 2 displays 360's seem to be stuck, and after I power cycled one of those NVX-360's the image is just blank even when attempting to route different sources to it. Perhaps I should try updating all firmware to current or does that seem to be the cause of this?
