We've had this problem since September 2023 on several installations equipped with TSW-750, TSW770, TSW1070 and TS-1070B + controller CP4N, AV4 and RMC4.
Since September 2023, we updated the firmwares of the touchscreens and controllers without success, until the latest firmware release on May 21, 2024, version 2.004.1079.001.
The problem is no longer present since this latest firmware.
For touchscreens with firmware lower than version 2.004.1054.001, this version must first be installed, as touchscreens do not accept the latest version 2.004.1079.001.
