For all my lutron jobs I have the lighting logic in a separate slot which I start out with a template program. 32 rooms worth of modules with 18 lighting loads per room. I have all the href_IDs set at 0 and just go thru my integration report and enter IDs for the loads/keypads I need, and leave the unneeded loads/rooms at 0. Its a bit tedious but not really different than I did with QS or RA2/3 slots- maybe 4-8 hours on my biggest jobs to enter all the info in. I'm not smart enough to figure out how to suck in the Lutron XML or whatever and autofull my program with all the lighting loads...
