It's actually a four press and hold on the last press for about ten seconds until the green led flashes.

I have a HR-310 that went out and we are looking to use a different remote paired to a different GWEXER to get his master working. I followed the steps to pair with triple tapping the home button and holding but we don't get the green light. Anyone have any tips or has seen this?
