For the TSW it should always be 127.0.0.1

You won't have the ability to change that for native devices like TSWs. The option will be grayed out in SIMPL and it will always assert the 127.0.0.1 entry to the processor. Only certain definitions (typically those that use outbound connections - TCP Clients, HDMD devices, etc. - but also TCP Server, etc.) require "Configure (F6) > IP Net Address > Default Address" specified. It's good practice to define Default Address on outbound connection device definitions to ensure an IPT entry is loaded to the processor; the address can then be changed in Toolbox after loading the program if needed.

But if the IP Table wasn't modified after program load, it's probably CEN-GWEXER, CEN-IO-XXXX defintions like I mentioned in my previous comment.
