How do you have your SIMPL TSW hardware definition IP Net address settings configured? If you don't have a "Default Address" defined (goes for any IP device) in the HW definition settings an IP table entry won't be created. This changed quite a while ago but still gets me sometimes, but mostly for TCP/IP clients. If you manually add an entry on the processor it would be different than what's in your program. For the TSW it should always be 127.0.0.1 on the processor end and would normally be automatically configured when added to your program. Outside of that, not sure what would cause that behavior but I would thoroughly inspect the IP table, to include the addresses, not just the IP ID and compare it to your program.
