The main problem in my case is that if you have a team of people periodically checking the "status on things" with the terminal it also causes a "notice stamp" every time you connect, which in turn causes the log to increase the flush interval even though there are no errors yet. Seems just like the Heisenberg's uncertainty principle in which the act of measuring will interfere with the experiment itself. Who said Crestron programming was not as difficult as quantum mechanics? :)
