UC will turn off display based on Windows settings.?
Make sure you have the HDMI EDID pass throughs installed.?
Just wondering if anyone has started coming across this?? Have been to multiple sites today with recent Flex installs with reports of the output to the display turning itself off and requiring a reboot.
Basically,? system works fine, both the TSW1070 and the display until it rests for a while and then it seems the HDMI output from the Flex Compute shuts itself off.? Resulting in the LCD display showing a "No HDMI cable connected" message. If i enter the Windows back end via the TSW, as soon as the windows desktop loads, the image returns.??
Have had 12 units today all doing the same thing.? Across 2 different clients.? Tried calling True Blue and got the usual response. "Never heard of that before.? Please send us the log files from all the units, schematics, serials, mac addresses etc etc etc.? ?
Hoping someone may have come across this recently and have some advice!?
