I'm using console commands like Steve is, and I have a similar list of commands.
I've added different authorization levels for Crestron and mobile devices to my standard initialization procedures as well.
We've run into issues with DHCP reservations in the past when routers go down.
At least with everything set static, the entire system keeps working if the router dies.
A script would be even simpler ...
