Hello, I have a new pc laptop and have installed MasterInstaller to manage all the Crestron files to keep them up to date.
I go through the steps and have the files identified to install.
when I click download, I get the following error message:
Error connecting to ftp.crestron.com
XceedFtp.dll may not be registered properly
I can't ?complete any downloads at this point and ?I have to force quit the MasterInstaller program.
Reached out to Crestron True Blue support with no success.
It appears to be a dll file that was not registered properly.
any ideas here?
