Yes wiring is correct, brown+white/brown on G, orange on TX, white/orange on RTS, with this pinout I get \x00 back via RX when I send any commands, when I flip orange and white/orange I get nothing back in RX, using the same cable directly to a USB-RS485 to the computer the shades work, just not thru the CP3 ? On the CP3 you can only use port #1, Ground to Ground, TX to the 485 (-) and RTS to the 485 (+) Do you have the correct wiring?
