? But we can't get this thing to work.? My field guys says he reversed the wiring (only needs pins 2,3,5) to see if that made a difference, but no.? I also had him press the buttons on the actual unit to see if I get any feedback and I don't.? The protocol seems to imply there is unsolicited feedback, but I get nothing from this unit at all.? Hey all, ? Has anyone integrated at Tekmar Snow Melt system ("TStat" #654)? It does not appear that the Crestron module supports its features and I can't find the protocol for its specific functions, like Melt, Storm, and Off. I have contacted Tekmar, and they seem helpful, but then they say they will get back to me and never do.
