To be clear on the module front, most calls I get are related to the DIRECTV webserver and "local" functions that the IP API doesn't work with on Genies, such as navigating
some of the menus and power. No issue is because of Crestron or the module.
As with anyone who is using the module, and you run into a situation where something's not working as expected, feel free to give us a call. We are happy to look into the issue and get your feedback on the module.

+1 for the Control Works module. ?There are a couple of issues with controlling DTV via IP. ?Random loss of control when navigating menu or info bar. ?No power control for Genie clients. ?My understanding of these limitation have nothing to do with CWs but
the way that the Crestron system handles the IP control and the limitation of DTV receivers.
