I asked Crestron for the files awhile back. To stop the default ring, type SIPDEFAULTRING OFF in console. To ring your own files you'll have to drive them with either reserved or assignable joins in VT-Pro.

Can I ask how you got the ringing sound files off the TSW? Are they in a an FTP folder?
Secondly, do you know if you can change the default ringing sound files on the panel to something different?
