Rava built in sound files?

 

Does anybody have the files that are built into a TSW panel for the Rava intercom? I need to use the same ringing sounds to feed into a sound system via an MP3 player.

Can I ask how you got the ringing sound files off the TSW? Are they in a an FTP folder?

Secondly, do you know if you can change the default ringing sound files on the panel to something different?

I asked Crestron for the files awhile back. To stop the default ring, type SIPDEFAULTRING OFF in console. To ring your own files you'll have to drive them with either reserved or assignable joins in VT-Pro.

Dear Heather,

Please be so kind as to also send me the files for the TSW. ?I have noticed that the 1052 has a different default ring to the 1050 and it is now inconsistent.
