All the time, the protocol is very similar between the AP10 and the XAP version, usually just a different "device type" parameter.? There may be an extra "channel" parameter in the XAP dialer, which is a fixed "1" for the line number, I can't remember if the AP's required that same parameter in the control string or not.
There should be modules available for it from Crestron, or you can create your own pretty easily as well.
I should mention that the dialers are not on the AP800 or the XAP800, but are seperate units, the AP10, or TH-1/2 are the stand-alone dialers.? There was also a XAP480T that had a dialer.? The 800's didn't get dialers integrated into them until the ConvergePro 880T model, before that, you had to use the stand-alone dialers models with the 800's.

Has anyone controlled the dialer on a Clearone/Gentner XAP800?
There is a dialer for the AP800, but the protocol for most functions are different between the two models (XAP800 & AP800).
Any direction would be much appreciated.
Thanks.
