Mobile Pro G


 

Twice in two weeks we have had an iPad lose connection in the Mobile Pro G app and it sits and spins indefinitely saying its trying to reconnect. We can close the app and reopen and it connects fine. However These are in rental homes so we keep them in guided access mode so no one can exit Crestron and lose control to the house.

Has anyone seen this or any suggestions on how to combat this? Is this what happens when it loses wifi? Its an Mc3 running 1.06 firmware. Newest pro g symbol.
