The demo program is supposed to run in the free version - not sure what's happening there... I'll have to have someone look at this.

Subject: [Crestron] Re: New iOS App?
Hi John,
I'm testing projects local to the iPAD. since I loaded the demo program, which I can't run yet because I haven't purchased the upgrade, I'm dead in the water. After reloading my one-page project it still says that I have to purchse the upgrade! I've closed and reopened, rebooted the pad, reloaded the 1-pg project, etc.
BTW, My problem with the aspect of the app was on the iPAD, not the iPhone.
TIA,
Chris K.......................;)

We did find an issue since publishing that if you start the app with a phone already in landscape mode it would show up incorrectly. Start the app in portrait and then flip there was no problem. This was only a phone issue. iPad was fine.

I have a simple scrolling list test program that has one list that is programatically populated and It seems to work as well as the C3-xPanel, which is the fastest C3 device. In a related note this simple test shows that the 9L and the 4SMD panels CANNOT run C3UI - You can load it but no one will want to use it...
My quick test with the APP did bring up one issue that I haven't had time to T/S yet - I set the project for Landscape, It looks right in VTPro, the Preview showed it as landscape, BUT when I actually launched it, it was in Portrait mode (and truncated as you'd expect).
Anyone seen this?

Scrolling lists are *agonizingly* slow and clunky, on a par if not worse than the lag on TSW's
I'm surprised to hear that - in general the performance I thought was much better. Perhaps if you wouldn't mind sending me a project to exhibit this. Is this a general consensus on this group?
You're locked into one orientation when you create the project, portrait or landscape, no dual orientation mode currently
Rotation is coming this summer.
The built-in demo is laughable
Actually, we had a much nicer demo but due to some "guidelines" we had to swap it out. A better demo will be added next week.
