I need some help. The University just purchased these Panasonic PT-RZ370U projectors and we will be connecting them to a DMPS-300 system using the DM port for control and Video. The Projector has what Panasonic calls a Digital-Link input. Something like a DM input. I have no problems controlling the projector through a TCP/IP port. What my problem is that I unable to get it to show any Video. If I run Toolbox and run the DMPS tool I can get it to show the Video. I close the toolbox and the projector still shows the Video. When I shut down the system and restart it now I have no Video! Has anybody had any experience with these Projectors running them on the DMPS-300 through the DM output?? Any thoughts? I've got a call into Corp. tech-support and waiting on a call back.
