There's an analog init thats either set to 0d and should be 1d or the other way around or a stepper needs to run an init......something like that. ? Sorry for the vagueness but was told about this by a colleague and never actually went into the module. ?Just wanted to point you towards the vicinity.

You need to modify the module to get many functions to work. I honestly feel this was a poorly thrown together module since Lifesize told crestron they wouldn't pay them to create one (As told to me by our Lifesize Rep).
I've just taken to dumping all the directory entrys into a scrolling list and adding a little bit of logic to directory dial from there.
