No Core3 for Mobile yet. As for XPanel, you have to choose the correct one
when creating your project (ie. XPanel Core3 UI).

I made a new project with a cp2e (what I have on hand)
added an Xpanel, Xpanel for Mac, Crestron Mobile and one TPMC-8x-GA
Only the TPMC has a link to get it into the Core3 designer.
