Yes, it works but you need to be able to connect to node
PEWSEY:MB7NPW. You need to work out your own connect script to get
there.
I suggest you try out the route manually before you enter it in the
WhatsPac setup.

Has anyone been sucessful connecting the client to the server
using your BPQ node?
?
?
As far as I have progressed is Step 1 of 3: Connecting to
G4OTJ's node GB7NBH. The Xrouter indicator is green.? The Server
goes from Red to Pink(?) at the moment I click Connect, then
remains that way for the duration.? I have waited for a couple
of hours with no change.
?
I get an enty in my MHeard list from my node call.
The locked route entry is a different call, but I have tried
my node call in there as well.
The locked route never shows the > indicating a
connection.
Nothing ever shows in the Links page that I could see.
The client (web page:
) is on a machine on the same LAN, and LOCALNET is defined and
works (no passwords ever asked.)
?
The directions were not clear to me if the locked route is
from a unique call assigned to the Xrouter or if it shares the
node call.? Any definitive answer for that would be appreciated.
Nor was there any indication that we should choose a unique
alias.
?
Anyone else have similar results?
Anyone with a sucessful connection that can give any insight?
?
In the meantime, I will hook up a monitor and try it on the
BPQ host machine.
