If you're talking about a single BBS, accessible via radio by everyone else, then UZ7HO's "EasyTerm" software might do the job.? I don't think it gets any simpler than that.? It's not a full-service BBS/Node with node-switching, etc., but it includes a PBBS where anyone can leave personal messages and bulletins.?? EasyTerm's requirements are any computer running Windows (or Linux using WINE).?? And of course a radio, antenna, and soundcard interface.? Screenshot below. ?
