Started a message to you. When ending the message your BBS stopped responding. I am assuming because your have LINMAIL defined twice, and you have the same call-ssid assigned to both, causing the conflict.
Kill all BPQ processes, make sure you only have LINMAIL and LINCHAT defined once in the config, and restart. I'll try again later.
