Joey, looks like your node table is full which may also be exacerbating the problem linking.
Recommended action is to Increase the main MINQUAL= to something around 150 to start with to take out the multi-hop nodes.
You can use the MINQUAL console command to gradually back MINQUAL down to a point where you only get 200 nodes and the rest out of 500 as free slots.
