Did anyone see the strange doubling of amplitude from Skelton on 24th November?

See attached plot. There were no flares or mag. events at the time.

It started at 12:59:55 and ended at 14:12:01.

It's suspicious that it starts nearly on the hour and there is a also a similar peak that starts at 20:04

and drops at 20:54 just after a short break in the transmission.

?

It's not local interference as it sows up on loudet's website.

Presumably it was a change at the transmitter?
