I just began to receive all the information regarding the 6" Craftsman lathe.? The lathe has been out of service for several years and I am just getting it set back up for use.? I bought the lathe new from Sears around 1968.? It is model 101.214.? Some years later, when Atlas discontinued this machine, they had a clearance sale where parts & accessories were discounted about 50%.? At that time I picked up a milling attachment along with a few related parts/cutters.

Over the years of non-use and several home moves, a couple of hand knobs were broken off (cross slide hand knob and the compound slide knob).? I have contacted Clausen and they want about $25 each for these knobs which is about twice what they should be.? Anyone have a source for these knobs?
